Fully Automatic Lid &Spoon Assembly Machine Description:

1.Machine frame is welded from stainless steel, featuring an attractive appearance.
2.Lids are manually stacked at the designated workstation.
3.Spoons are fed using a vibrating bowl feeder, which is made of 304 stainless steel.
4.Assembly line operation mode, dual-output (two spoons placed at a time).
5.The labeling machine performs automatic positioning labeling.
6.Control system: PLC with touch screen operation, featuring a user-friendly human-machine interface (HMI).
7.The spoon vibrating bowl can be equipped with a lifting feeder.
8.The conveyor belt is made of Teflon (food-grade) material. 
9. The assembly machine serves as the main controller of the entire packaging line. It can control the speed of the whole line, and by adjusting the speed of the assembly machine, the speeds of the labeling machine and the end-of-line packaging machine can also be adjusted accordingly.

Lids Dispensing Mechanism 

Remark: The lids dispensing system comes in a rotary system with 16 stacking stations, each station can hold 60 lids which totals to 960PCS. Taking the speed 40 pcs/min into consideration, the operator needs to refill every 24 minutes.

Equipment Packaging and Transporation  

The machine is first wrapped with plastic wrap, then covered with multiple layers of air bubble film, and finally wrapped again with plastic wrap to prevent scratches during transportation. If there are special requirements, a custom-made wooden crate is used for reinforced packaging to meet transportation standards.
