This is one of new model for labor saved to put the metal cutter,plastic cutter on the packing box of aluminium foil roll and food cling wrap roll.

It is an automatic model by PLC Program control,LCD touch screen for simple operation,the different size of width for aluminium foil roll and cling wrap roll box are acceptable.

Working process:

The blade binding machine processes as follow:

It punches the raw materials (metal /aluminum/PET/PVC/Fiber paper) to the blade which will be binded to the aluminum foil boxes.

1.The boxes automatically deliveryed to the conveyor belt one by one from the bottom of stacks should be added on the stack when the boxes quantity 
is not sufficient.

2.The delivery system feeds the boxes to the special postion for positioning before binding process.

3.The blade rolls automatically feed the materials,which is controlled by the servo motor and its length can be cutted at its random.

4.The motor drives the motor to finish up-down punching and places the blade &foil on the binding postion.

Features of automatic cling roll binding blade machine:

1: The color box cardboard is automatically divided and transported, sequentially from the bottom to the bottom. Manual feeding from above the storage bin, automatic feeding of cardboard without stopping the machine.

2: The conveyor, in conjunction with the feeding device, automatically transports cardboard, guiding and positioning the cardboard for transportation. Accurate positioning is achieved at the binding station below the mold.

3: The raw material roll of the tin saw blade is automatically fed by the feeding machine. Set parameters according to production needs.

4: Hydraulic power drives the upper and lower punching of the mold, and simultaneously binds the tin saw blade to the required position on the colored cardboard box.

5: Automatic sensing device, the color box paper is sprayed with hot melt adhesive by photoelectric counting and automatic sensing during the conveying process.

6: The plastic saw blade in the storage bin is grabbed by a mechanical arm and automatically adheres to the required position of the color box paper.
