Working principles of OPP glue label applicator: An OPP label applicator applies oriented polypropylene labels to products using either a hot melt glue or vacuum system. The OPP film is pulled from a roll, cut to a specific length by a cutting unit, and then precisely placed onto a product that rotates on a conveyor belt or drum.

A glue unit applies adhesive to the label, which is then transferred and wrapped around the product by a vacuum cylinder or labeling wheel, ensuring a secure and accurate application.

Labeling requirement:
1) Hot melt adhesive rotary labeling machine, accepting pre-cut paper labels or BOPP labels.
2) Both 800ml and 1500ml bottles can be labeled on the same machine.
3) Label dimensions: 800ml: Length 240-280mm, Width 83-88mm; 1500ml: Length 314-318mm, Width 113-117mm.
4) Labeling speed requirement: 100 to 120 bottles per minute, or 8,000 bottles per hour.
5) Labeling accuracy: ±0.5-1mm.

4. Other Material Requirements
1) Label Paper Requirements:
a. Label paper must comply with GB7718.
b. Coated paper grammage range: 70-110g.
c. Laminated coated paper grammage range: 70-90g.
d. Water absorption of label paper: neutral.
e. Labels must be machine-cut, with burr-free and neat edges.
f. Labels must be dry before use.
g. Label tensile strength: 24N on a 15mm wide paper strip, with a wet strength of approximately 30% of the dry tensile strength. Label dimensional tolerance: ±0.5mm.
h. The fiber direction of the label paper must be perpendicular to the axis of the bottle. The correct curling direction after absorbing water is as follows:

It encompasses not only protection against transient hazards to operators, equipment, products, and the environment (such as mechanical damage, electric shock, and impact), but also the mitigation and protection against long-term hazards (such as long-term noise, vibration, electromagnetic radiation, light, operator fatigue, and color stimulation). Furthermore, quality assurance during production must be ensured in the event of failure of the equipment itself or a component, without causing batch failures.
We not only adequately prevent and protect against potential transient damage to our equipment (in compliance with relevant mandatory mechanical and electrical safety standards), but also strive to employ more rational and advanced technologies to ensure smoother and more harmonious operation. This allows users to not only better use the equipment but also to appreciate and enjoy the process (based on the principle of machine art).
For example, our rotating three-sided labeling machine for square bottles continuously rotates the bottle to apply the label, eliminating the intermittent pneumatic application required in traditional designs. This results in high production capacity and precision, and is shock- and noise-free.

We also fully consider safety in the event of equipment or component failure during design. All of our equipment utilizes "Fail Safe" control logic. This means that by default, all inspected products are pre-deemed as defective by the inspection unit. Products are only released after the inspection unit has passed inspection and issues an "OK" signal, allowing downstream rejection mechanisms to function. If a systemic failure (e.g., inspection unit failure, loss of inspection signal, or even inactivity) in the equipment or product prevents the "OK" signal, all inspected products will be deemed defective and rejected, with an alarm sounded.
