On 26th Nov we get the order From our old customer Mr Yap in Malaysia about the salt packaging machinery VFFS model YX-520,

about which we modify the packaging machine for the tilted feeder system with the Z-Type bucket feeder system.The whole machine customized for our Malaysian

customer,whose bags vary from 400g via 500g to 1000g three different sizes of filling volume, is listed detailedly as below:

Feature of FFS Vertical packing machine:

This packing system can finish the whole packing process automatically, incudes feeding, 

measuring, filling,bag making, date printing, sealing, cutting, counting, finished 

product conveying.

(1). Famous brand PLC control system, large touch screen, convenient to operate;

(2). Film drawing down system and horizontal sealing controlled by servo motor;

(3). Various alarm system to reduce waste;

(4). It can complete feeding, measuring, filling, sealing, date printing, charging 

(exhausting), counting,finished product delivery when it equips with feeding and

be all, include the big hopper above, turntable, cups,

small opening door.

In the basic of machine , the pipe of the bag

former and hopper on the top will contact the salt.

It will use 316L S/S .

Z type bucket elevator （replacing the Tilted elevator for feeding materials with the Z type bucket feeder）is suitable for elevation of granule stuff in grain warehouses, 

grain processing factories,  feed processing factories and other industries.

 It has features of small volume, large elevating quantity, 

low electricity consumption and stable performance.

Besidesthe main body of packing machine,there are three main kinds of measuring filling way for the powder or granules packaging process.Damit

here the three sorts as below from lower level to highest level:

1.Volumetric cups measuring filling way

2.Auger Screw Filling measuring for powder or granules

3.Large granules powder measuring filling with Multihead weigher combination scales

Guarantee: for all the machine, it claims three years for guarantee.(Excluded from the warranty are problems due to accidents, misuse ,

 misapplication, storage damage, negligence,or modification to the Equipment or its components. ALSO THE EASY BROKEN SPARE PART

 IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE GUARANTEE)

Installation: after the machine arrive your factory,if you need,our technician will go to your place to install and test the machine and

 also training your worker to operating the machine (The time of train depend on you worker). The expenses

 (air ticket ,food , hotel,the travelling fee on your country) should be on your account 

and you need paid for the technician USD50 per day. also you can go to our factory to do training.

After service: If you get the problem on the machine ,our technician will go to your place to fixed the machine as soon as possible . 

The cost should be in your account.(as above).
