Equipment introduction

YX-A03 series manual filling machine adopts a piston type structure, the liquid, paste and other materials for 0-50 g quantitative filling. Filling of liquid, liquid food, oil, shampoo, shampoo cream liquid substance, with paste liquid filling machine function. Applicable to the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, pesticides and special industries, and also can be used for sealing the hose has the quantitative filling, is the ideal paste liquid filling equipment.

Equipment characteristics

The machine has simple and reasonable structure, convenient manual operation, without any energy.

With the filling volume regulator knob, quantitative discharging, filling rate and filling speed can be controlled manually.

The material contact part uses the 304 stainless steel material, suitable for use under acidic medium, to meet the food, pharmaceutical production and health requirements. 

The machine hopper capacity of 10 kg, the user can be set on the filling capacity.

Service:

1-      We inspect the machine twice before sending it to customers. We are sure our quality is the best for you.

2-      If the machine were damaged during delivery, customers should inform us at once and email us photo of the damaged part. After checking, we may send you a new part for you to replace it by yourself, and we would cover the shipping cost.

3-      We offer 7 days of exchanging warranty. If you want to change a new one or refund, customers should contact us in 7 days from the date you receive the machine. We would handle it accordingly. But the machine must be original packing and not damaged by human. Customers should cover the shipping cost when send it back, and we would cover the shipping cost when we send it to customers.

4-      We offer 12 months of free repairing warranty. If it’s broken in 12 months, you could send it back to us for repairing and it’s free of charging, or we could send you the parts for replacing it by yourself and it’s free of charging.

5-      Whole-life service. We do everything that we could for the machine  whole-life when you buy it from us.

Warranty:

1. 12 months limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.

2. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number

3. It is buyer's responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. we will send it back at our cost if this item is defective as report. 

4. For following situations, the item is out of free warranty

4.1 Damaged caused by: misused, improper installation and so on man-made fault

4.2 Warranty seal removed or damaged

4.3 Opened or repaired by unauthorized person
